Comprehensive Services for Every Aspect of Well-Being
Our suite of services encompasses a wide range of health optimization techniques. From the cutting-edge to the time-tested, we offer a diverse array of options to revitalize, optimize and harmonize your health. Our approach combines the latest in wellness technology with the wisdom of traditional healing practices.
We recommend starting with one of our wellness consultations, or even better getting one of our membership tiers that allow for a free Wellness consultation. Thereby immediately placing you into a community of like minded wellness oriented individuals. Our Wellness consultation will allow us to see where you’ve been and hear where you would like to be. This deeper understanding of your individuality will allow us to build for you an individualized and holistic treatment plan designed from the ground up to meet you where you are. Our expert wellness consultants can meet in person at one of our locations or via telemedicine, allowing incredible access to our next level wellness programs.
We also partner with our sister clinic Revitalize Ketamine Clinics with locations in Flagstaff, Sedona and Prescott Valley for accelerated (and traditional) psychedelic therapies and Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation both for traditional maladies as well as for human optimization type protocols.
A Community-Centric Approach to Wellness
ROHCT Wellness Bar is more than just a destination for health services; we’re a community. We believe that wellness is a collective journey, and every member of our community contributes to the vibrant, supportive atmosphere of our wellness bar. We know that we’re all a combination of the five people we spend the most time with. With that in mind its important to be mindful of whom we surround ourselves with and where we spend our time.
By creating the first of it’s kind ‘A Wellness Bar’, we’ve created the perfect space, environment and offerings to allow you to connect and grow with others who are trying to become the very best versions of themselves.
With our weekly groups and events including our ‘Work in Progress Group‘ we are growing an environment that is conducive to your own growth and development with also an atmosphere allowing growth together as a community. See our list of groups here.
